What photos do you need?

Simply submit up to 12 clear photos of your item following our guidelines: include macro details, serial number or QR code, logo, hardware, and interior/exterior.

For best results, use natural light and ensure each image is clear and well-focused. Our certified experts will carefully analyze every aspect—materials, stitching, logo, numbering, and finishes—to ensure a verified and reliable digital report.

Do you issue a certificate?

Yes. After verification, you will receive a detailed digital report with photos and technical analysis, as well as an authenticated certificate with a unique code that can be verified online.

Delivery times?

Usually within 24–48 hours of receiving the images or item.

For urgent requests, an Express service is available with shorter turnaround times.

Which brands do you cover?

Leading handbag and accessory brands. A complete list is available upon request.

Can I authenticate used or vintage items?

Absolutely. Our team also specializes in vintage bags and items, including discontinued or rare models.

What happens if the item is not authentic?

You will still receive a detailed report explaining the discrepancies found, so you can take informed action with the seller or purchasing platform.

Can I send the item physically?

Yes, upon request, we also offer physical authentication at our partner centers or via secure, insured shipping.
